A woman anchor, complete with some serious emotional problems, becomes obsessed with a serial killer who is prowling the city, communicating with him by phone until that fateful day when he kidnaps her and viscerally shows her what it's like to BE a killer. And some of his deadly lesson sticks. From this moment on she is forever changed...and slowly starts to become a killer herself. DiPaolo's style is uncompromising at times and the non-linear structure of the movie succeeds in creating the disturbing tone. Although this is another serial killer movie it is perhaps one of the best of its genre.
