Typical Hollywood fare, with Kevin Bacon as a kidnapper and Charlize Theron (MIGHTY JOE YOUNG) as the frantic mother, who has to do what he says. The first half is okay but soon degenerates into a very predictable scenario. There's also an 'alternate ending' on the DVD, which sucks more than the one they used.
