A guy named John (Scott Adkins) believes that his wife was killed by Luc Deveraux, the original Universal Soldicer, in a home invasion. He wants revenge. But as the movie progresses it seems that his memories may not be that accurate. There's also a secret organization of Universal Soldiers who want to break away from government control--and it's led by Deveraux. Lundgren and Van Damme are aging terribly. This is a horrible sequel, adding nothing to the first movie. This is the most unnecessary sequel, EVER.
