In the near future people can live out their dark fantasies through a company called Vice. They can kill, rape and torture--and it's all legal because they're not doing it to real people. They are doing these things to created replicants that are made by that company. When one of them is killed they are repaired, their memory erased, and put back into action. One of these artificial people is Kelly (Ambyr Childers), who believes it is her last day working there as a bartender. She and her friend are killed by some customers--but the next day she starts to remember things, so her memory wasn't quite erased. She's taken in for repair and escapes to find sanctuary with a guy who turns out to be her creator. He disagrees what the company--and its head honcho, Julian (Bruce Willis) is doing with the artificials and wants to change it. But Julian has sent his employees to hunt her down. Also on her trail is Roy (Thomas Jane), a policeman who gets involved with the situation. He's someone who hates what VICE is doing as well, so there's a good chance he will help her.
VICE is an interesting film, sort of a cross between WESTWORLD and BLADERUNNER, but not even 10% as good as either of those movies. I guess Bruce Willis needed the work.
