It's Twenty years after a demonic massacre left two siblings, Cole (Eric Mabius) and Heather (Charisma Carpenter), parentless. Now Cole, who has become adept at magic, reunites with his artist sister and together they make their way back to their home town, which is now underwater because of a dam. They are also united with a group of people that Cole has helped in the past, including a biker (John Amos) and a zombie detective (Jefferey Combs). Dee Wallace, who seems to be in about every other horror movie released this past year, is a healer.
What I like about this movie is that it feels as if you've jumped right into the middle of the storyline--and it works.
