The movie starts off with a woman telling her psychiatrist that she turns into a wolf every full moon--and we soon see that she's not kidding. Although these therapy sessions are kind of irritating (why are all therapists in movies portrayed as more messed up than their patients?) it does provide a sounding board to what's going on in this character's mind. It seems that she's been becoming a wolf since she was thirteen--and killed a young man a year later when he tried to rape her. Ever since then she's been unable to maintain any sort of normal relationship as a human, instead opting for one night stands. But she meets a man, falls in love, and while she tries to have a normal life the wolf side wants to become dominant. As she soon realizes the wolf enjoys being her than she does. Afraid that she might kill her new boyfriend and not liking the person she's become--she opts to stay in wolf form for the rest of her life. Although the 'morphing' effects suck, there's decent production values and the acting is great. Highly recommended. One of the best movies released by FANGORIA FILMS so far.
