Although this is the familiar story of someone who is given three wishes, I found it better than the last few WISHMASTER movies. A high school guy is sent a package containing a small box with dried up bull's penis in it, which turns out to be a talisman which grants wishes. His first wish is taking this popular blonde girl to the prom, after which time she goes back to ignoring him. Then he wishes that she fall in love with him. While all of this is happening there's this back story of a serial killer knocking off the high school students. Just how this fits in with the three wishes is surprising-I really liked that twist ending.
